My granddad taught be to drive at 10 years old on a gravel country road and I have been driving ever since. I enjoy teaching people of all levels of experience and aid them in achieving their driving goals. My aim is to make you feel relaxed and confident and to tailor the lesson to suit your needs. I am an ADI certified instructor by the Road Safety Authority.

Pre-Test Lessons
A pre-test lesson is where you will drive for approx 20-25mins and I will make note of any areas that you need help with. For the remainder of the lesson I will instruct you to change any faults or bad driving habits to help you reach driving test standard. Under bonnet checks, hand signals and all questions you have will be explained. Pre-test lessons should be at least 1.5 hours. This is standard in the industry. Any further lessons, can be 1 hour.
EDT Package
If you hold a leaner permit after April 2011 you are required to take 12 Essential Driver Training Lessons which cover knowledge, skill, and behaviours needed to become a safe driver.
Theory Preparation
Driver Theory Test. Rules of the Road.
Apply to the RSA to take your driver theory test which you must pass before applying
for a first learner permit. This is something you study yourself from the Rules of the Road book or DVD available in most book shops. The Theory Test DVD's are available in shops and online, which is a good way
to test yourself.

Do I need a provisional licence to begin taking lessons?
Yes and you must bring your learner permit to each lesson.
When can I come for lessons?
I am very flexible and can schedule a lesson to suit a time that suits you.
How many lessons, will it take me to learn how to drive?
It depends on the individual. Some people will progress faster than others. I will tailor your lessons to meet your ability.
